TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crewa platform, mobile application, or website (collectively, the "Services"), including joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crewa, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

2. Description of Service

Crewa is a two-sided verified trades marketplace that connects property owners with tradesmen for home improvement, repair, and maintenance services. Crewa provides the platform infrastructure but does not perform any work itself, employ any tradesmen, or act as a party to any agreement between users. All services are performed independently by tradesmen who are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Crewa.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from the platform
• Tradesmen must complete identity verification through Didit before accessing job features

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@joincrewa.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Crewa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Identity Verification

All tradesmen are required to complete government ID verification through Didit before accessing job features. Verification status is displayed on tradesmen profiles. Submitting false or fraudulent identification documents is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of connecting property owners with tradesmen for legitimate home services. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content including fake job postings or fabricated reviews
• Use abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful language in any communication on the platform
• Upload explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate images or content
• Impersonate another user, business, or entity
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to conduct business off-app in order to avoid platform fees or terms
• Solicit users for services unrelated to the scope of the platform
• Use the platform for advertising, spam, or unsolicited promotional communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform

Crewa uses automated content moderation tools including OpenAI API to detect violations. Crewa reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms with or without notice.

7. Content Moderation and Account Actions

Crewa takes the safety and integrity of the platform seriously. We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or community standards
• Issue warnings for first-time or minor violations
• Temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation of reported violations
• Permanently ban accounts for severe, repeated, or egregious violations including hate speech, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

Account actions are at Crewa's sole discretion. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@joincrewa.com. Crewa is not obligated to restore access to suspended or banned accounts.

8. Payments and Fees

Tradesmen pay a flat monthly subscription fee of $30 to access job features on the platform. Crewa does not take commission on jobs arranged through the platform. Property owners may use the platform free of charge. Additional features such as post boosting may be available for separate fees as described within the app. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. Crewa reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.

9. Disputes Between Users

Crewa is not a party to any agreement between property owners and tradesmen. Any disputes regarding job quality, payment, or conduct must be resolved directly between the parties. Crewa may at its sole discretion provide a dispute resolution process but is under no obligation to do so. Crewa is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crewa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Crewa's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Crewa in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Crewa does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Crewa does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any work performed by tradesmen or any content posted by users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Crewa platform are owned by Crewa, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content from the platform without prior written consent from Crewa. You grant Crewa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content you upload solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

13. Termination

Crewa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@joincrewa.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
